II — Programa
What we cover
Up-to-date information and practical tools, without paternalism.
We cover the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy, signs of labour onset, pain management (pharmacological and not), breathing, positions, the partner role and the first days with the baby.
As an active midwife at Hospital Costa del Sol, I integrate clinical evidence with what actually happens on labour day. The aim is to arrive with fewer open questions, not more fear.
