What we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when you contact us via WhatsApp or email: name, contact details, gestation week (if relevant) and the message you write. We do not run forms or trackers that collect personal data without your action.
Why
To respond to your message, schedule a consultation, send appointment reminders and provide the requested professional service.
Legal basis
Performance of the requested service (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6.1.a).
Retention
Clinical and contact data is kept for the legal period required for healthcare records (5 years minimum, Spanish law) and then deleted.
Recipients
No data is shared with third parties unless required by law or if you accept a referral to another healthcare professional.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction and portability by writing to anabelen@birthbyanabelen.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
