What we cover
The postpartum window, without myths and with real support.
Mother check (scar, pelvic floor, bleeding, mood), lactation assessment (latch, pain, tongue tie, supplementation if needed), baby weight and wellbeing, sleep, first vaccines and the questions that come at 3 a.m.
Home visit within Marbella, San Pedro and Estepona, or at the private clinic. I recommend at least one visit in the first week and another around day 15.
